Hello and welcome! I’m Fiona, the heart and camera behind Studio Margo. My journey to building out a headshot + marketing strategy studio comes from my desires to help small business owners and professional gain visibility, build trust through messaging and invite new clients into their brands with relatable imagery.

For a percentage of my clients, they need more just a headshot. They need strategy. To me, is more than just a collection of imager; it’s about reconnecting with who we are and who we want to attract. My goal is to capture your radiance and help you realize what you’re trying to say with these photos.

If you truly need just a handful of headshot images, I love those sessions as well! We keep it short and fun.

I’m Fiona, a family photographer of 12 years, marketing mentor since 2019, podcast host, mama to two girls, lover of exploring my beautiful state and teaching other creative women to gain clarity and confidence to build profitable businesses.

Over the past 12 years, I have marketed my photography business through recession + boom economies. I have tested and tweaked and tried pretty much every marketing strategy that there is from sponsored events, event booths, print ads, Facebook ads, stories, reels, TikTok even post cards in the local coffee shops. I am not afraid to test and try things and share everything I have learned with you and help you apply marketing techniques that feel aligned with whatever business you are trying to grow.

A good set of storytelling images can be the foundation upon which you begin to successfully tell your story.
